SREE NARAYANA GURU, OSHO AND THE ALSO RANS

Sree Narayana Guru said : "Wrong knowledge creates distinctive perception. As the result of that, rivalries and upper- lower classes discriminations happen which result in conflicts. Only the Prophets with perfection and purity can redeem them. This is where Buddha, Jesus Christ and Mohammed Nabi were successful".

How Great was Gurudevan ! As we all know the greatness of Gurudevan. He is one of the Prophets of recent times. Why he is not known to the world?

There is a saying that the elephant does not know its own size / weight. Guru attained the perfect vision. With that vision he was majestic and kind in his observations.

In an Upanishad, an unknown Rishi calls the fellow beings as "അമൃതത്ത്വത്തിന്റെ അരുമക്കിടാങ്ങളെ..." (The darling children of the eternal bliss). I am yet to see another call with so much love, kindness, knowledge and openness ! It makes one feel goosebumps. Such was the clarity of that call. Nothing was hidden there. No complicated shasthras (lessons). Just a heartfelt call to the fellow beings only possible by an enlightened one. That clarion call said it all !

The listeners realised their true identity in that simple call iimediately. Nothing was in between. Religions, sex, races, nations, species, Nothing mattered at all. The learned one knew that all beings (including the animals plants and insects, none spared) were simply children of the timeless bliss. That is the power and reach of of knowledge.

Unless one gets the vision that clear, it is wiser and better to keep quiet.

What Guru said is also to be seen from this perspective. Guru did not go into criticising Buddha, Jesus or Nabi, because Guru was in a high level of oneness where even the most despicable individual was appearing to him as part of the whole. So Guru was majestic and kind in evaluating the three as mentioned above

But that sweeping statement would not be approved by someone like Osho, who famously said "Call a spade a 'bloody' spade !" To such an analytical Master, the warts of the much trumpeted ones were not to be swept under the carpet. Osho was one who would not hesitate to say the King is naked and foolish too, come what may !

There fore it shall not surprise any to know that Osho had analysed, inter alia, all these three to the dot. While Osho appreciated all mystics and seers and enlightened ones and addressed them as 'rare spiritual flowers', he also explained where they behaved like ordinary egoistic humans too. Thus Jesus and Mohammed were 'failed mystics' according to Osho. Buddha was gender biased and egoistic. Mahavira, to Osho was a total crack pot, egoist jealous and stupid ritualist !




My ! What an analysis. Fearless. We can see that. But not a passing comment by an irresponsible sceptic to catch attention. Osho substantiates exactly what he said and why he said so leaving no space to wriggle out of the sticky situation. 

Well !

These are views from a supreme analyst without comparison. To the ordinary mortals, Buddha, Mahavira, Jesus and Nabi are at par with God or next to it. To Osho, they were almost there but not really there. There is an ocean of difference between 99.9999....recurring % perfection and 100% perfection. When we reach Osho's level we may understand what he said. Until then, these Masters are definitely respectable and as in Osho's own words "Rare spiritual flowers"

And that is the first step toward freedom in mutual relations of people... toward permanent respectful communication. Of course, there were many excellent teachers all around, but they didnt teach a communication so perfectly___"

Others sort of bottled us up ! Guru and Osho released us !!

Also, those who bottled us are the most popular for the bottling contractors called priests. Very few still knows the true Gurus. Because following them is not a pass time while we enjoy life. 

Contractors even condemn Osho for breaking their bottles (of blind faith). LOL !

WHY SREE NARAYANA GURU IS NOT KNOWN TO THE WORLD?

Why people are joining Islam and staying there ? Because Islam allows everything for the males by even treating the females as subordinates. The philosophy ? Everything is created by all merciful God to be consumed by males. So no fear or guilt required. Just consume everything and thank God. Simple !

Similarly Christianity started by some wise guys with the discovery that sex is a sin. Now who will join that religion ? So the church made loop holes. "Even if one sins, Jesus can absolve them " Bingo ! Then people will join, do the sin and pay penalty to get over. And then what ?

Sin again, what else to do ? LOL !

These are just empty philosophies to justify human weaknesses. None will get enlightenment or self control or knowledge or even live in higher levels of human existence with such liberal policies to capture the maximum number of people.

Sree Narayana Guru does not give such liberties. Because he really knew any other path other than reaching salvation will be a waste leading to another death birth cycle. So very few will follow him. Because Guru represents how one can totally discard life and still become happy and knowledgeable. People fear such Gurus. They want to live easily and enjoy life than discard life and get enlightenment. People are clever and practical. Who will go after someone who did not do any miracles. Or allowed whatever they wanted ? At least the basic minimum fun ?

In an Osho story, one goes to heaven and sees billions of people in procession after Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha etc. Smaller crowds after less popular Masters. Finally someone goes all alone. With no followers. Inquires who he is.

The answer is "I am God !"

The God has no followers ! The one who claimed he is God's son has maximum followers ! The one who claimed he is a messenger from God has the second largest number of followers. The one who realised God has the third largest number !

Only the real original God is all alone with no followers. Because God does not encourage followers.

The opportunist people thronging after spiritually useless religions and priests will simply make noise and die out in bulk. None is going to get enlightened or acquire real knowledge about their won identity and existence.

Guru at least has a few followers. God has none ! Lonely and bored trying to catch at least one follower ? Offering virgins, mountains of jewellery and rivers of wine ? At least one follower to hail God for all the trouble he took in creating the Universe?

he number of followers mean nothing. There are a million insects per each human being. Does that make them any special ? All are going to simply live and die. Punarapi Jananam...Only a handful really try for the true knowledge and get it. Does that make God any less popular or lesser known or weaker? 

It is us who benefit knowing our real timeless divinity. Not the other way round.

Already many Christians are following Hinduism. Not the idol worship and casteism but Vedas and Upanishads, meditation, Pranayam, yoga. Osho's 3000 plus disciples (he called them a communion of potential Oshos (Masters) and not as followers) were mostly highly educated Caucasian Christians. Normal people go by the society and relatives. They can't do anything else, simply because their bondages and inter dependence are very strong.

There may be many who mentally accept Guru but follow other religions. Even if none follows Guru, does he become sad or less enlightened ? He has reached the true identity and merged with that. It is for us to decide whether to emulate the true Gurus who will lead us to higher levels of freedom self dependence and enlightenment or take the easy way out with other religions and easier Gurus who allow the basic human needs and greeds.

It all depends on what the individual wants. How strong his attraction is to the outer gross world or towards the inner subtle world.

THE LEGACY OF EZHAVAS

There may be more gems like Aaraattupuzha Velayudha Panicker (AVP, hidden by the cunning upper castes or portrayed in a belittling way to hide the real incidents. We may dust off each of these forefathers who stood firm against insult practically empty handed, with the knowledge purposely hidden from them. They had to brave through fear of God, as inculcated by the Brahmins, preserve the self respect and the natural urge to live decently. Each of these great forefathers are to be studied and presented to the new generation so that at least they will know that their ancestors were not actually toddy tappers, as taught by the upper castes.

In fact I thought that most of the ezhavas were actually toddy tappers earlier and my parents somehow managed to study and become teachers ! Even in the Engg college, when I was trying to behave like another bright child, the others were rating me according to the caste, which I did not know ! In the campus, there were coconut trees. Only I could climb them to pluck the coconuts. I thought this was quite a creditable skill among the engg batch mates, none of whom could climb. The others waiting at the bottom while I scaled tall coconut trees, encouraging me from below, might have been whispering "No wonder ! It is in his genes " or "A squirrel need not be taught how to climb trees' or so. LOL !

But how I had learned climbing the hard way they did not know. With bruises all over the chest and hands initially. With the fear of falling off and facing the sneer of the girls who adored fast tree climbing boys! The champion climber of my village who moved from branches of cashew trees with both hands free walking like a crouched monkey and plucking the cashew fruits from the tip of the branches ! I was scared of him and treated him as a real hero ! LOL !

Now I know better. There were some Ezhava vaidyas who were living quite well in Punalur too. I fell in love with a vaidyar girl in the 7th standard whom the whole boys of the school were already in love with ! LOL ! The ral reason for that 'love' is now clear. She exuded confidence, richness and grace not normally seen among the ezhava girls, most of whom were poor, ordinary looking and not confident. Still my feeling in those times was that probably the vaidyars were also toddy tappers earlier and luckily got a break through to vaidyam ! That ezhavas were basically toddy tappers were a given. No idea how that idea entered me and settled as gospel fact ! LOL !

So we were not just toddy tappers alone. Right ? Thanks for the information. Let me update myself ! LOL!

But climbing coconut trees is no joke. It needs tremendous level of fitness. Even I cant climb them today, having lived the 'civilised' life of a babu ! In fact we should be proud of this tag, the coconut tree climbers ! I may even risk my neck out and request SNDP to arrange for coconut tree climbing competitions for fun and fitness. Lets hug that tag given by the upper castes to belittle us. That will be like biting the bullet. LOL ! If we can laugh at us ourselves that way, then the potbellied upper castes will realise nothing can weaken the psyche of the ezhavas. That I cannot climb coconut trees is the only worry I have today ! Ha ha !

After AVP, I am in a state of realisation that nothing can surprise me any more ! Still there will be people like him and Guru, who exhibited the same bravery fearlessness and self esteem. All such forefathers ar kindly requested to reveal themselves so that we, your proud children can bow in awe and respect and place you all in our minds for ever. To draw inspiration and courage when we get confused. Pranaam !

Mattha kutthiyaal pinne kumpalam mulaykkumo? LOL !

This wonderful legacy of self respecting people who stood the test of times of abuse, insult and lack of true knowledge, purely because of their bravery, self esteem and humility towards the learned. I hereby stake claim for my deserving share of this great legacy ! Thanks everyone. That was a tough journey indeed, a relay changing batons despite the partisan umpires.

The baton of self respect,dignity and honour is to be carried on.

What else ?! I would kneel on my knees to accept the baton with both hands. Lets hear about the lesser known ones too even though my love to AVP, is slightly more than the respects to the Guru. None may be higher than these two. Still....all those who stood up against injustice had the same blood running in their veins until help came from the learned ones like Vivekananda vindicating their stand against inhuman treatments which no self respecting individual could tolerate. In short, we fought for the dignity of ourselves and everyone else as true warriors despite the odds. Gold becomes brighter when in fire.

After loitering all life seeking the truth and looking for the right Guru, I am back at square one. The same Guru who looked not stylish enough when the search started has reentered as the right one towards the end of the journey ! That too after the stage managed noise about some failed mystics like Jesus and Mohammed as the most followed Gurus ! After reading all these Gurus, I have come to the conclusion that there are very few Gurus as complete as our own Guru. It was a funny revelation indeed. The saying holds. Muttatthe Mullaykku manam illa ! That the Guru is greater than Jesus and Mohammed, was truly a revelation.

I apologize for the misunderstanding and stand corrected. May be this was a necessary evil. That is to know the value of the eyes, one needs to become blind ! Or to know the taste of ordinary water, one has to walk in the desert. Now the truth is clear. There is no other Guru as clean and complete as our on Guru. So that settles the issue. Muttatthe Mullaykku manam undu ! After all ! LOL !

Just think of it ! What is SNDP doing ? What are the priorities?

They were supposed to tell us about AVP. I heard it from Maliny Madhavan who happened to be his great grand daughter ! We need to urgently trace our legacy, recognize and study all those who stood up naturally against injustice and anaylse their importance in the history. For one, we now clearly know what the upper castes propagated as history are shameless stories of sycophancy and sexual misadventures. To them that may be history. LOL ! Show their true standards. But the true history of humanity is how they braved ignorance and fear and strived to become self respecting humans. That, to me, is actual history. Not the stories of Kingini kuttans who were born in rich families. LOL !

When the going gets tough,the tough gets going....

BRAHMINS EXPOSED (PANTS DOWN) :

In the Indian struggle of independence from the British, There is more than what meets the eye. In fact chasing the British away itself might have been unnecessary. Sree Narayana Guru, a contemporary of Gandhiji did not participate in freedom struggle. Guru brushed away the issue saying "Easterners and Westerners should merge" as "as all are just human beings" !

Humanity is the only reality. Just people of all shapes and sizes and colours, like the different fingers. To the palm all fingers are just parts of it. So whatever combinations the fingers make and unmake are immaterial to the palm.

The Indian mind set has always been dominated by the upper castes, the ideas always fed by the wise Brahmins, who realised how to live without working by scaring people about God and punishments. Until the Mughals came, the Brahmins, in company of the upper castes were hunting and exploiting the lower castes. And made the lower castes feel that the lower castes thoroughly deserved it too! Any objection was ruled out in the name of God. Upper castes used the lower caste women for sex but kept out the lower caste males with an innovative invention "untouchability". If some self respecting lower caste male challenged it and pulled up the upper castes who raped his women , he was threatened with "Brahma hatya paapam" means 'killing a Brahmin is equal to killing God' ! The same tricks used by priests and politicians all over the world.

The Mughals called bluff of the Brahminical way of worshiping God by making others go around idols of various shapes, eating vegetarian square meals in round stomachs and screwing women after scaring the males who were afraid of God ! They introduced their own way of worship without idols, eating non veg food and of course screwing as many women as possible ! Now Brahmins got the dose of their own medicine. Did they learn. No way. It needs more repeated lessons for the morons and those unwilling to learn.

Thus came the Europeans. By this time, Mughals were ruling the country on the face of the Brahmins and doing exactly as the Brahmins did, only with some variations in the ways. Like ways of worship (with and without idols) Food (veg Vs Non Veg) etc. On women, the Brahmins and the Muslims did strikingly similar rituals. The Europeans were a refreshing new breeze. They were fairer, bigger, more adventurous and far better looking. The current self proclaimed local heroes found themselves as the dwarf males in the Malayalam movie 'Athbhutha dweep' trying to chase away the fresh better opponents. In a heritage where the lesson is "Vasudhaiva kudumbakam" meaning 'the entire world is one family', where is the possibility of such discrimination? Remember all this was started by the wise Brahmins, in way of casteism to enjoy the extra women in the name of a 'stupid' or 'impotent' God which none really believed to exist. It was like a stone causing an avalanche.

Now the wiser Brahmins had to decide the best way to safeguard their interests. The wise brahmins had isolated and tortured the lower castes. To escape torture and dehumanization, the lower castes joined other religions like Buddhism, Jainism, Christianity, Islam and Sikhism. Still the Brahmins thought the "secret lessons in Vedas were safe with them, being in Sanskrit language which none else knew !" See the height of ego and ignorance ! The presnt challenge was to save the females from getting attracted to the handsome Europeans ! So the Brahmins decided to chase the Europeans first ! This was simply due to sexual jealousy and insecurity of weak males who are the majority.

The approach to the Europeans is to be seen in this context. All this is due to double standards kept by weak males. When it suits them, they stand by it, When it does not, they change the subject. For example the size of people. Suppose we make a rule that big people are respected, then all big (or fair) people are to be respected. So there may be bid people among lower castes. Or the Negroes. Or the Caucasians. So the rule gets a modification by the vested interests. "All big people can be respected, provided they belong to us !"

LOL ! Now who are these 'us' and 'outsiders'?.

The basic issue is how to keep the women and wealth for oneself. So males invent rules that suit them, sometimes knowingly hurting the others. What they don't understand is that they are creating an unnecessary problem which they will have to answer later all by themselves in another form. Thus the Brahmins decided to chase away the smart Europeans (whom the local women must have started fancying) by befriending the lower castes (whom the Brahmins were exploiting for thousands of years) and even Muslims, who did many things unacceptable to the Brahmins. Because, to the Brahmins, the similarly miserable looking locals were not an issue. the issue was the far better placed sophisticated Europeans, before whom the Brahmins felt like dwarfs.

It is this fear of the Brahmins that led to the war of Independence. A lower caste Guru from Kerala, who advised to befriend and live with the westerners, did not get many takers. So efforts were made to portray the Europeans as 'white Devils'. They were at worst traders. Living with the better race was like making ourselves sidelined. So efforts were on to chase them than accept them as better placed brothers of the world family. Thus the leaders like a Brahmin Nehru was more acceptable to the upper castes. with the help of Muslims and lower castes, the Europeans were chased away. The Brahmins laughed as if they won, as usual. That was the beginning of another tragedy !

After the Europeans left, the locals tried to do exactly like the Europeans ! See the irony. When they were here, they were treated as enemies. No merit of them were considered worthy. The Muslims and lower castes were more worthy than the Europeans ! Now it is back to square one. The Muslims are very much here. The Europeans are keeping a respectable distance. The lower castes are still here. And the Brahmins are back to their favorite pass times of exploiting the lower castes and raping their women ! Had the Europeans been here, India would have developed like Europe by this time. With systems in place for free fearless respectable hygienic living in light of modern science with equal human rights for females. The Brahmins are still trying to bring in their own far better system in India than anywhere else in the world. The only problem is on their way to that utopia, they stumble upon females, their only weakness.

Soon there would be another situation, if not already there. The upsurgence of Muslims as the rulers of the country. Are the Muslims better than the Europeans? Except religious fanaticism, blind consumerism and male chauvinism, Islam rejects education and sciences, even when enjoying the benefits of both. Clearly the agenda of Islam is to globalize Islam and use the scientists of other religions as their slaves to continue to enjoy the comforts of science, in their own way. Now the lower castes are asking a doubt to the wise Brahmins. The Europeans were chased away with the help of Muslims. Now when the Muslims take over power in a democracy through peaceful democratic means, the Brahmins will ask the lower castes to fight the Muslims to save the country !

Now rewind to the beginning. How did all this happen in the first place? The wise Brahmins tried to exploit the lower castes. We have reached a full circle. Today, the Brahmins are seeking the help of the same lower castes whom they exploited until now to chase away someone that the Brahmins do not like ! This is the time to crack the Brahmins on their bluff. Suppose the lower castes listen to the Brahmins again and defeat the Muslims and capture the control back. The Brahmins will be back with their pass times !

Respect the Christians and Muslims just for this aspect. Not cowing down to the empty Brahmin bluff. The great Indian rope less tricksters.

BRAHMINS AND CASTEISM IN INDIA:

Indian vision including Vedas and Upanishads unanimously talk about the mystery of this apparently real world and how to realise the truth. The human body consists of 5 basic elements (Space, Energy, Air, Water and Matter) 5 knowledge senses (Eye, Ear, Nose, Tongue and Skin) 5 action senses (Mouth, Hands, Legs, Procreation organ and Anus) plus the Mind, Ego and Intellect. A total of 18 clearly distinguishable parts in ANY human body, including males and females, all over the world. These 18 elements are represented in the 18 steps to Sabarimala temple. If one can climb all these 18 steps, one will reach the deity / idol (soul) which supports all these 18 elements. The soul will then whisper into the ears of the seeker "Tat tvam asi" (You are that) !

This is the birthright of all beings. One only has to search to realise.

Fact being this (that all human bodies are equal and consisting of just 18 elements) the doubt that comes to any rational mind is, then why did the Brahmins ignore this clearly stated lesson about human body in their books written by learned Rishis; but instead practiced casteism (of all things) to discriminate people on the basis of birth?

As Sree Narayana Guru clarified, it may be because of differences in hygiene, wealth and education of various people in those times. Those in the same hygiene levels might have lived together. Similarly the rich might have avoided the poor and made friends only with the rich. the educated could only communicate with the ones who also knew. This may have been the basis of castesim in the beginning.

The question is today, now, what is the basis of continuing this discrimination based on castes? Already India has become a laughing stock before other religions and developed nations. Other religions have taken root and is threatening to take over the control from the 'Hindus'. Brahmins are still sleeping or pretending to sleep.

When the British came, they conservative orthodox and even fanatic Brahmins dropped all casteism and cozied up even with the Muslims and Lower castes, whom the upper castes were treating like dirt until yesterday, to chase away the 'white devils' ! After the British left, the upper castes still keep the casteism ! In spite of all that happens around them.

The future is even more grim. To thwart the other religions from taking over, the wise Brahmins may now call for Hindu unity, and ask the lower castes to fight the enemies of the upper castes, who have now become a common enemy for all castes ! The Brahmins will remain as they have ever been. Calculating and cunning. Thinking of how to exploit the others for their own comfort. It is in their genes.

Eating free meals from temples, taking dakshina and acting as middlemen between people and God ! Such a shameless, self defeating race are the Brahmins. They look down upon every one. Even the Krisha idol is kept outside their houses ! Because Krishna was born in a lower caste ! Ha ha !

To the Brahmins, Caucasians are just fair skinned idiots. The Chinese are flat nosed yellow subhumans. Negroes are ugly . Muslims eat no veg food and has no family values. Christian women dress inadequately. Lower castes are dirty. And none, except the wise Brahmins are worthy to live. Others have no idea about the truth.

And what is the truth? It is in Vedas. OK. Please tell us about the Vedas. It cannot be taught to all. It is confidential and secret ! Besides to learn Vedas one has to learn Sanskrit. And Sanskrit is only taught to the Brahmin children ! Can the Vedas be taught in other languages?

Swamy Chinmayananda when started discourses of Bhagavd Gita in English, the wise Brahmins tried to stop it in Chennai, arguing that the most confidential secret should not be expressed through unworthy languages !

Meet the wise Brahmins. The peculiar non working variety of humanoids interested only in eating, having sex and sleeping and behave as if they own the world and living in their own paradise of ignorance and ego.

RANDOM THOUGHTS ON MULTIPLE GODS IN HINDUISM, ENLIGHTENMENT Etc.

Multiple Gods in Hinduism is an interesting topic. Starting from Shiva to Devas to Nature to Animals, a total of 330 million of them no less ! This is used by opportunist religions to slam Hinduism. The truth is different.

Hindus very well know there is only one God. But that God has infinite qualities which cannot be grasped by human minds. To imagine something beyond the mind itself is stupid. The mind simply gets confused. Hence practical devotees, having known some of the qualities of God as kindness, fun loving, full of knowledge, owner of all wealth, always young or present without aging, etc. So people take what quality they need at the moment and imagine that as God. It is personalizing the wholesome God into understandable, smaller, useful bits for practical life. The imagination of Hindus and their freedom with God is evident in such smaller deities carved out from the whole.

For example, for education, they have Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge. It is a female, as light as can be placed on a lotus and students pray to this particular deity during exams. Bothering all powers of the whole God for smaller minor issues like exam is improper ! So invoke just the knowledge part of God as Saraswati ! Notice that it is not a male god for education. Because, females are soft and pardoning type ! A male God with a cane for education would have been scary !

Similarly for wealth, Goddess Lakshmi is invoked. Again a female. Because females suit better for wealth. Soft and pardoning type. Ganapati, the elephant headed God is invoked for removing obstacles. Obstacles happen because we hear less. Hence a god with large ears to remind us to hear more. There are meanings for each of Ganapati's features. There is also Durga, which represents women power.

God is the sum total of all these part Gods ! This is the freedom Hindus have taken with God. They treat God as a family member, not even separate from them. God being infinitely kind, plays along with everyone and manifests the way it is invoked. It is all good fun for the Krishna consciousness. Hindus know this fun loving God best and hence the liberties. At the lowest levels, it turns into blind idol worship, as instigated by the priests to milk the devotees and drive in blind faith. That is another story of greedy priests who sell faith in God for easy living.

Each being is a piece of that infinite wisdom and consciousness. Further, the 'non-living' things also is a manifestation of the supreme power. The Universe is a mixture of this active and passive states of existence. Each being may be imagined as a bulb in a huge long garland of bulbs (as arranged during celebrations). The power that passes through each bulb is God. The power is invisible but the effects of that underlying power are visible. The God manifested itself into a visible, experience able form through body, senses and mind. And the God resides within the body under the mind to experience all this.

Individuals think, they experience. But it is actually the soul within that experiences. As Bible says " Not in our merits but in his grace". Once this is understood, self realization sets in. Then we can see other beings as different fingers of the same palm. No finger is different from that palm. This realisation makes one free from competition, hatred, fear etc with other fingers. Peace and happiness will fill the mind. Then we would be able to love, someone without any condition, realizing that the other is just another finger of the palm, like ourselves.

So where is a strange finger? An outsider finger? Some finger which can be omitted or hated or eliminated? These are all immature views of the individual fingers while they are alive. To the palm, all this egoistic fights between fingers is drama and fun. All fingers have the same relationship with respect to the palm. It is all very interesting indeed !

One more euphemism to explain God and prophets so that there would not be any more division of humanity by religions. Imagine all beings as bulbs in a garland and the power flowing through them is God. The bulbs will glow in different colors and luminosities depending on three factors. 1). The quality of the filament. 2) The co lour of the glass cover (basic tendencies in mind that cannot be easily changed and attributed as the personality of the individual or his ego) and 3). The cleanliness of the glass (feelings in mind like fear, jealousy etc in mind).

The filament is the intellect. In animals, the mind is overwhelmed by instincts. Hence the light (knowledge) coming out of the animals would be minimal. We can easily know what they do or think. And there is not much scope for improving the quality of mind in animals. But in humans, the mind can be freed from the animal instincts and sublimated to higher levels, thus improving the quality of the filament (intellect) and thereby the light (knowledge) coming out of it. Thus we get humans in animal levels to humans in the level of Prophets. The animal level humans are easily understandable. The light coming in to their mind from the soul within is consumed by the instincts, almost completely. May be Mike Tyson is a good, famous example.

On further modifying, opening, expanding and sublimating the mind, higher levels of humans are formed. Like farmers, professionals, writers, philosophers etc. In other words, as the quality of the filament (intellect) was consciously improved, more light of knowledge passes through the mind and the bulb shines far brighter. This is the possibility and potential of humans. From animal instincts to the prophet level and still beyond, by becoming the light itself and then being one with the power flowing within itself. The culmination of the river in the ocean after beginning as rain drops in a far away mountain.

What religions do is to claim the brightest bulbs as their own and belittle the rest ! In the garland of bulb of humanity, the bulbs shine according to the filament, color of glass and its cleanliness. the power available to all bulbs is the same. Bulbs with clean glass shine better than similar bulbs with dirty cover. The color is the individual tendency which cannot be normally changed. Inherent tendency of the individual or stains in the glass. Those who manage to clean the glass, shine brighter.

If the stains (born or developed habits) are removed then the light comes out becomes white and not colored ( biased). The brightest bulbs definitely worked with all these to reach that level. Filament, colour or stains in glass and cleanliness. The dimmest bulb also retains the potential to shine as bright as of the brightest (or even more !). Those claiming ownership of the brightest bulbs are opportunist bulbs who refuse to change and thus shine dimly. The bright bulb keep telling the opportunist bulbs that he is not different or belonging to just a few bulbs. But the dimmer bulbs, because of the stains and dim luminosity (dumbness or idiocy) refuse to listen and try to do what the bright bulb did while alive. These bulbs fail to reach their potential and die out.

Believing is for average people. The spiritual seeker does not believe in anything or anyone. He simply seeks the truth. when he knows the truth, he knows that he knows it. We know the sun so we don't have to believe in the sun. Until the sun is seen, the blind may have to believe that there is something called light and sun. Till then he will seek. The moment one believes something, his spiritual independent quest is finished. Then he is following someone else's thoughts. Not his own.

Some are more interested in the physicality of events. To me it does not matter. Whether Rama or Krishna lived or were just characters in a story is not relevant to me. I am only interested in the meanings of the story. If Krishna really lived or not will not satisfy me. The lesson or the meaning is what is important. Not whether they lived or where they lived.

The sun will last another 4.5 Billion years according to modern science. The life on Earth will be possible at least for another 400 million years. So after the sun burns out, what is the point is debating whether Krishna or Rama lived or not? The stories of Rama and Krishna just gives the subtle message to go for the immortal soul leaving everything else. And only that lesson is important in this whole noise.

Newton, to me, is not important. His discovery of Gravity surely is.

The blind may have to believe in the sun. The one who can see the sun does not have to believe. He knows that sun exists. Similarly the soul within. Unless one seeks it, it may not be found. Most do not seek, because the minds are already attached to the world in relations and possessions. Dropping of ego, attachments and desires in mind is required to start the search. Meditation is the path. While meditating watch the gap between thoughts, if thoughts are there in mind. If no thoughts are in mind, focus at the bottom of the mind. In deeper stages of meditation, the pure consciousness, also called the soul or God will emerge in mind. As Sree Narayana Guru described "As if countless suns rose in mind"

Anyone can experience this. But first follow the path and procedures. Arguments happen at the outer layers primarily due to ego. This path has been advised by all enlightened ones.

The egoistic blind asking for factual evidence on the existence of sun is at best laughable. Frogs in well will ridicule the ocean which they never saw or can imagine. These are not new issues.

ANTICS OF THE CHURCH: THE LATEST:
   

21st December 2012 has come, stayed as usual and passed. It was just another day.

     NASA had predicted that the Earth would start rotating the other way on this day. Christian fanatics gave scary warnings that unless one believes in Jesus and pray while staying indoors for three days, we are as good as dead.

    These ideas come from none other than the Pope and Company. When the number of church goers dwindle and the coffers are inadequate to pay for the five star luxurious lives of the church administrators, they come up with such ideas. This happens periodically as evidenced from history.

    But the church plays it very cleverly. Like the Political parties. The think-tanks will decide what is to be spoken in public. The spokes persons deliver just that. Some spokespersons will deliberately deliver their version too in addition. If that works, the party will endorse it. If it backfires, then it is his personal view and party has nothing to do with it  !  This is the routine exercise to tide over sticky situations.

    Similarly the church. The Pope and Company desires to increase the number of church goers and believers. Because people are educated, none really believes the way the church want them to believe. So the routine exercise is to be used that the church is used to. Namely miracle stories. None really believes in the older versions like 'Jesus was specially created by God through an invisible holy ghost' or 'His mother Mary remained a virgin even after delivery' or 'Jesus walked on water' or ' Jesus converted water into wine' or ' Jesus converted stone into bread' etc. Initially some opportunists  became suckers to such cock and bull stories expecting Jesus to convert their stones into gold. Or save them from the guilt of cheating and murdering.  Nothing worked and the beliefs turned into suspicion.

    So the church needs periodical shock treatments to keep at least the hopelessly believing ones with them. So promises of five star life in heaven after death for those who listen to these wise guys is routinely made. Hindus also had heaven depending on what their deeds are. Nothing else would count. In christian heaven, Jesus can make relaxations on those who believed in him and recommend to God for better facilities. Hindus had no such loopholes. So Hindus also converted to Christianity. For better facilities in heaven as well as forgiving any crime committed on earth, Jesus was there according to the church.

    But this trick of the church backfired when Islam introduced their own heaven with 7 star facilities, with rivers of wine to swim, mountains of gold and jewels to throw around and even 72 virgins for the female addicts and plump boys for the homosexuals. The 'believers' scooted from Christianity and joined Islam ! Any way they were prepared to believe. So why not believe in someone who can give better facilities?

    Now Pope and Company has something to think about ! How to win back the flagging morale of the die hard (no pun or fun intended) believers and change the attention of the hopelessly trapped established and committed loyal believers from the Islamic heaven ! The answer is such news periodically  propagated by the church.

    In 1990s, the news was that Jesus will come in the year 2000AD following a gesture by Jesus in cross, with two fingers raised. This two fingers were deciphered by the wisest of the wise guys as 2 thousand years ! Now the church released the news through its paid preachers who are so noisy and talkative if money is offered. If the amount is right, these paid preachers and miracle healers will prove that a mosquito is actually bigger than an elephant. An over ambitious preacher said recently in a public stage "Do you know who created Water? Oxygen?" He thumped his chest and smiled "Our own Jesus !" (This is a real incident happened in Kerala in 2012)

    So the miracle mongers and faith propagating machinery of the church were active. The number of church goers multiplied. The coffers of the Pope and company became full. 2000AD came and went without any trace of Jesus. The church behaved as if who propagated these nonsenses. It was planned engineered and executed by the church. But they do it behind the curtain. If it backfires, the paid preachers are hanged.

    Similarly in 2012. The church goers have dwindled like never before. Islam with its exotic heaven is drawing more from other religions with lesser heavens. And money is needed for cushy life of the Christian monasteries. Thus the latest fire without bullet. "The Earth will stop rotating in 2012 December 21. Those who believe in Jesus will survive. the rest will fall off the earth when it stops"!

    As usual the church did not say this officially. But they created the gossip and created fear and panic. The way to escape the fear is simple. Just believe in Jesus. All Christians can easily do that. So they are not scared. the others may get scared and go to hell. The preachers and fanatics spread this rumor.

   One Mr. Joseph Richard Fonseca sent me the scary message and laughed at me for my lack of faith. I promised him that if what he said did not happen, then he has to apologize. hence this mail.

    He and his likes who propagated the scary message ! Are you listening? Since you were wrong, please apologize like a gentleman and pledge that you will not scare people again like this.
