HOW TO GET OUT OF FAITH AND RELIGIONS

Which God is the most powerful? The options are

A). Allah B). Yahova C). Krishna D). Other (specify)

Even among the educated ones, one may already make the choice under the lips according to the religious leanings.

Another question: Which founder of religion is the dearest to God?

A). Jesus B). Prophet Mohammed C). Buddha D). Mahavira

Which religion is the correctest?

A). Christianity B). Islam C). Hinduism D). Buddhism

The rituals of which religion is the most effective?

A). Christianity B). Islam C). Hinduism D). Buddhism

The rituals of which religion is the simplest?

A). Christianity B). Islam C). Hinduism D). Judaism

The problem is that by thinking this way we only get into arguments. Each such 'thinker' may try to place a particular founder or religion as the very best. Followers of others would find fault. Otherwise they do not exist ! Finally both may end up referring to the genitals of each other's parents.

Cut into slow motion. They started with God and the founder of religion, things regarded as the noblest and end up abusing the parents. Has anyone reached God or at least the founder by these arguments?

Islamic follower: Hindu Monkey God took (Name of God) to a tree and assf**ked him with his tail"

Hindu defender: (Name of Prophet) stole a female infant from heaven when ( name of God) went to the loo.

Islamic follower: Hindu women are ugly and stinking.

Hindu defender: Bangladeshi women are available in Mumbai at Rs.10 per shot.

The point is such arguments do not help to know God for which the so called religions are founded. Instead of reaching Godliness, it is clear where these followers end up.

Is this the problem or shortcoming of the founders of respective religions? Or those who interpret religions according to their convenience on behalf of the founders?

A holistic view is required to know the truth. Followers miss the forest for the trees they believe in.

Take it this way. In this blue planet, there are several types of human bodies according to the climate and location they live in. Thus those who live in the equatorial belt are dark skinned. Those who are in north and south where the sunlight is slanted and not direct are fair skinned. Those who are in between are brown skinned.

Similarly different areas have developed their own languages. If someone asks which language is the best, we end up in arguments. Thus these are to be understood as a medium developed for communication and leave at that for peace.

In Japan one may call sun by a particular word (Rahim may be able to say). Indians may call it Suraj and the Americans would call it you know what. Extrapolate this to the name given to the creator and we have the answer to the first question. There is only one sun with different names. The question of which sun is more powerful is absurd.

Imagine the palm and the five fingers. Now assume that the palm is God and the founders are the fingers. Which finger is the best? Each finger can start boasting their merits leaving the little finger in tears. Is the middle finger the best, being the tallest? Ask Virat Kohli or Ishant Sharma. Is the thumb the best being the strongest? Ask Ekalavya. The palm would say, all fingers are my parts. I could have created all fingers alike. Five thumbs or five middle fingers. But this variation suits the purpose (of holding) better !

So that is it.

God could have created all people whites, all blacks or all brown. All exactly six footers. All looking like Aiswarya Rai. But then it was not done that way. This difference is to be understood. The middle finger may claim to be the best. Just ignore it and look at the smiling palm and relax.

The religions are not separate from one another. They complement each other. What is required is to learn the lesson conveyed by religions. In short all religions talk about a creator and urge people to surrender the ego (of the middle finger) and be a part of the communion called nature. God rests there. Look at the trees to confirm by nodding ! If we start swearing by a particular religion or a certain founder, the point is missed.

The founders are all god's messengers. Now do not jump add masala and portray them out of this world to make them look more dramatic. Ordinary human beings were able to reach a state of no-mind by controlling the desires, removing the attachments in mind and living a virtuous life. They were followed by ordinary people. These founders did not land from Maars. They were very much born on earth like everyone else but managed to reach a higher level than most others by conditioning their minds and through meditation.

It follows that each of us can reach the same level of no-mind ness as the founders of religions. It is like the seeds of a tree sown at different terrains. Those which fall on the rock die due to heat. Those which fall on barren land may just sprout. Those which reach the fertile land may grow into a tree kissing the clouds ! Now the seeds that could not become the tree may feel jealous of the tree and brand it as 'lucky'. Intrinsically there is no difference between the seed that grew and that which died.

The story of the dead seed is not over yet. It will become mud and would be absorbed by the tree and convert it again into a seed ! This is the life cycle. Death is not a reality but just a changing phase ! Modern science agrees with this. Matter (and energy) can neither be created nor destroyed. Matter can transform into energy and vice versa. If nothing really is lost what are we fighting for? Illusions of loss. That way we are fooled. That is the game played by God. Because God loves fun. God is not at all to be afraid of. But unless one knows how God plays the game, the religions would make you a follower.

Now can you see the 'really real' God? Go straight to God with open hands and roaring in laughter. Do not pray to God for better status. The present status itself is the game played. Realise that and play along with God. Live in the present. That is the real follower. The founders of God could do that. there is no reason why we cannot.

One secret. Do not degrade women. Instead try to do things that they want you to do. God hides behind women just to play with men.

If you ignore and bulldoze woman, rest assured that the male tormentor will become a female in next birth and experience how the targeted female felt last time. That is divine justice. God just reverses the roles and the circus continues. Heaven and hell after death is just a story tried out by cunning priests. Respect the God only. Not the priests.
