DIE HARD POLITICIANS (Pun intended)
Everyone knows the following. Still just recording my views.
Politicians are one Mafia with various branches as a profession. Every politician is together at the ground floor. They occupy various positions with mutual agreement. Without misappropriation and corruption, they cant make money which is required to keep the followers. They do this with every other politicians knowing about it. Because the donors are the same and every donor has information how the other works.
If someone goes overboard and gets caught, then inquiry is made in such a delayed manner that other news become more prominent in due course and the earlier crime is now not as stinking as earlier, or even forgotten before bigger new crimes. The Inquiring organisation (CBI) is under the bureaucrats who report to the politicians. So it is easy to control the investigation. Like shifting the inquiry officer, if he is good and going to find out the unpalatable truth ! And even if the evidences are collected (example in red handed open and shut cases) The judiciary is the last resort ! Because some Judges also can be manipulated !
The way out is to free the law and order as a constitutional body free from the influence of bloody politicians. Police, CBI, Judiciary etc are to be under this body. The sneaking in cheap characters will not get access. This needs a constitutional amendment with 2/3 rd majority of parliament. In short, the politicians themselves need to bring in this law ! That is the joke. They will never do it. . Except the leftists, none really is going to support this. Even the leftists may change gears at that stage.
That is the significance of Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party. The political sharks will scuttle any move to free the police, investigation and Judiciary from their control. It is simply suicide. They know it.
