JESUS, MOHAMMED, BUDDHA

JESUS, MOHAMMED, BUDDHA

The problem with fanatics is resistance to analytical rational thinking, tendency to hide under faith where information is not clear, the perennial slave mentality of fearful minds that lack self respect and confidence. The arrogance of sexually active males to attract the females to himself.

Islam has become a lifestyle dominated by male chauvinists treating women as property and not as another or complementary equal human being with female body and same mind and intellect as a male.

As a facade for this glaringly unfair attitude to females and gross violation of human rights, the name of Nabi is used as an alibi or scape goat by the so called followers and religious leaders. This is the unfortunate part. Civilization hijacked by male chauvinism.

Jesus, Nabi, Buddha etc are assets of the whole humanity. Everyone should learn from each of these spiritual giants. None is a private property of any human. They belong to all humanity. And humanity does learn from all too. Despite the small minded religious leaders who try to corner God as their own private property. Ha ha.

Nabi was a normal man true to his feelings. There is no doubt in this. Absolutely. Quraan compiles Nabi's insights, his knowledge about the 'visible' world of Earth, sun moon and stars. Big Bang was too big a concept for Nabi or any one to conceive at that time. Still, human minds do make their own inferences in all times. Such views of the earlier times may look stupid when scientific discoveries are made later.

But there is nothing to be ashamed on this. At worst we can have a smile, bow to that grand parent with kindness and love for attempting to crack the riddle of existence and move on. Laughing at our own grand parents' ideas about the world is cheap, whatever one's faith or religion be. At worst we can smile. There is nothing to laugh at the understandings of earlier times.

But that is what the so called believers or followers of Nabi does. Making Nabi a laughing stock.

Nabi does not deserve this ridicule anyway even if all that he did were not digestible to civilization. We need to discount the times and situations.

But the so called believers themselves expose Nabi in their over enthusiasm to project Nabi as one stop answer for everything or as a space scientist.

This is unnecessary and is the reason for making Nabi look like a clown or neurotic before the educated people. Attributing more than what Nabi really was. This is not done by the critics of Nabi or rational thinkers. But by the so called followers themselves. In their overenthusiasm to project Nabi as a super man. In order to present him as a scholar or divine or above ground.

The same attempt made by Pope and Company on poor Jesus after
he was safely dead to interfere.

Nabi was a normal man and lived in tough times with barbarian males who treated women with contempt and hatred. There is no doubt that he tried to uplift the status of women, organize his tribe, managed to replace multi idol worship and introduced a some what better civilized life. Lets accept and bow to the great soul for all the good he has done. Pranam.

But. Please.

Do not over do things and make great people look like laughing stocks.
