1% of the population is super rich. 9 % is having adequate facilities for decent living without depending on the rest. 40 % live in hand to mouth existence. 50 % are in penury. Just surviving on the waste resources.
The super rich hoards the bulk of wealth. This is a criminal offense from the Communist point of view. 99 % people are angry and jealous of this 1% minority who hoards their wealth too. Still the 1% survives ! How ?
Those who ask this question get targeted by invisible forces. There was a theory that the Maoists are actually fed by the rich to keep police out of the area so that the illegal mining can go on !

Even enlightened spiritual leaders are puppets before this shrewd minority of super rich. The enlightened soul is after all a loner. Indians are taught to bow to the kings and priests. Together they enjoy the best resources in the kingdom including wealth and women.

All their jobs are hired out to smart brilliant IITians and IIMians and CAs (like Pradeen Kumar) and other professionals to look after their business interests. In return, the "rulers" only have to call the subordinate and ask the status ! No need to learn lessons in school or go for 9 to 5 jobs or do business at personal risks. The business runs on their thoughts. they never work.
Can you believe such "Eternal Ruler Dynasties" exist on Earth ? They amass and keep wealth that belongs to the rest of humanity too. A criminal offense from the point of view of the Communists. So they keep Communists out of their sight. Then who makes trouble for the super rich ? Writers ! Give them some award or corrupt him before public ! Tarnish their image !
